CABBAGE ROLL 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/4 lb. rice, uncooked
1 head cabbage
1 or 2 eggs
Diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lg. cans sauerkraut

Mix raw meat, uncooked rice, eggs, onion, salt and pepper together. Cook cabbage until tender enough to roll meat mixture into leaves. Layer sauerkraut, cabbage rolls and sauerkraut. Add water to fill pan 1/2 full and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in covered pan. Serve with sour cream.
