CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 head cabbage, cored

Saute onion lightly. Combine ground chuck, rice, onion, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Wash cabbage and place in large pot of boiling water until leaves are tender and can be peeled off. Spoon equal amounts of meat mixture into cabbage leaves, roll tightly and place edge down into large pot. Pour remaining sauce over rolls. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
