1 3/4 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. cubed apples

Mix together oil, eggs, and sugar. Cream mixture. Add cinnamon, soda, and salt to flour. Then add to cream mixture. Add nuts and cubed apple. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Crumble on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
