1 can apple pie filling
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt (opt.)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients into bowl and mix or blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
