1 can sliced pie apples, chopped
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Dump all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix lightly and pour into greased and floured tube pan, bundt pan, or 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
