FRAN'S APPLE DUMP CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can apples (not pie filling)

Sift dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, including can of peeled and sliced apples (do not drain). Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. NOTE: After cake is completely cooled, you may sprinkle top with powdered sugar. 12 to 16 servings.
