2 eggs (beaten a little)
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can unseasoned apple slices

Mix everything together. Bake in greased and floured 8 x 12 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Needs no topping)
