APPLE DUMP CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 can apple pie filling (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Mix in bowl. Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour 300-325 degree oven. Let cool slightly. Top with lemon glaze.

LEMON GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Drizzle on cake. Keep cake refrigerated after first day. Can be frozen.
