CHEESY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks (save the juice)
3-4 bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans

DRESSING:

Pineapple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all dressing ingredients and cook on low heat until thick. Cool slightly and pour over fruit mixture. Chill. Then cover with 1 cup grated American cheese.
