EASY CHEESY FISH 
1 stick butter
4 fillets perch, or favorite fish
Cheez - It crackers, crushed

Wash fish and pat dry on paper towel. Dip fish into melted butter, then dip fish into crushed cracker crumbs (low salt or regular crackers). Put on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. This is a very moist and cheese flavored fish.
