PAN FRIED FISH 
1-16 fresh or frozen fish fillet, thawed
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. dill weed or chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1-2 tbsp. butter
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix ingredients. Batter fillets and fry until golden brown.
