PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 or 5 pork chops, browned
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 or 5 med. potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk

Mix soup, milk and salt. Set aside. Alternate potatoes, onion, carrots, celery in layers in a greased casserole dish. Pour soup mix over all. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Pour grease from pork chops over top and sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, covered. Serves 4 to 5.
