PERFECT FROSTED HOLIDAY SUGAR
COOKIES
 
COOKIES:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
4 tbsp. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

Beat butter until smooth. Slowly add in sugar. After the butter and sugar are combined, add in eggs, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Slowly add flour to mixture.

Roll out dough on lightly floured surface and cut out desired shapes.

Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/3 cup butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 5 tbsp. milk (add slowly to get desired thickness)

Beat butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Slowly add milk to get to the desired thickness.

Once cookies are cool, frost, serve and enjoy!
