LEMON DESSERT 
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Bought Angel food cake
Whipped cream

CUSTARD:

6 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
2 c. sweet milk

Cook custard in double boiler until it coats a spoon. Add 2 packages of dissolved gelatin. Beat egg whites with 1 cup sugar and fold into custard. Tear large bought angel food cake into small pieces. Rinse angel food cake pan (2-piece pan) in cold water. Pour a little custard in bottom of pan and add layer of cake pieces. Add more custard and cake in layers until all is used. Cover top with wax paper. Put in refrigerator to set. Unmold and ice with whipped cream.
