LEMON DESSERT | |
1 c. evaporated milk, chilled until frozen around the edges 1 pkg. Knox gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1/2 c. hot water 2/3 c. sugar 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate Dissolve gelatin in the cold water, then add the hot water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and frozen concentrate and stir until lemonade thaws. Chill until mix is very thick, but not set. Whip the cold milk and fold in gelatin mix. Whip until it stands in peaks. Pour in 8 x 13 inch pan which has been prepared with graham cracker pie crust mix in bottom. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. |
