LEMON OR ORANGE BISQUE "DESSERT" | |
1 can evaporated milk, chilled (Sego) 1 sm. pkg. Jello 1/4 c. boiling water 1/3 c. honey 1/8 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. lemon juice (or orange) Grated rind of either lemon or orange 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs Dissolve Jello in hot water, add honey, salt, juice and rind. When congealed slightly, whip can of milk until stiff, add Jello beating until well mixed. Pat crumbs on bottom and top. Fills a 12"x7" pan. |
