HYDROX COOKIE DESSERT 
1 lb. Hydrox cookies, crushed

Add:

Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Save few crumbs for top. Chill slightly. 1 3/4 c. hot water 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled

Chill Jell-O until set. Put evaporated milk in ice cube tray until ice crystals form around edge. Note: A small can might be sufficient - a large can whips to 7 1/2 cups. Put in bowl and beat until stiff, adding 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Whip Jell-O. Fold into whipped milk. Pour over cookie crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Serves 15 to 18.
