HONEY MUSTARD FISH FILLETS 
1 pkg. (4.9 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® Country Inn Recipes Green Bean Almondine
1 lb. fish fillets, cut into 4 serving pieces
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. coarse grained mustard
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion tops or chives
1/4 c. coarsely shredded carrots

Cook rice according to package directions. While rice simmers, sprinkle fish with salt, if desired. Place in a single layer in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Combine honey and mustard; sprinkle over fish.

Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees F. 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Stir carrot into rice. Sprinkle fish with green onion and serve fish alongside rice.
