FISH PIE 
1 c. flaked fish
8 frozen tart shells
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for top

Put fish in boiling water, simmer for up to 8 or 10 minutes. When cooked, flake with a fork. Tart shells should measure 3 inches in diameter. Bake in a 350 degree oven until they begin to brown, usually 5 minutes. Set aside.

Place an equal amount of fish, onions and cheese in each shell. Combine the eggs with the salt and pepper in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Pour equal amounts into each shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean and the top should be lightly browned when done. Sprinkle paprika on top.
