EASY COTTAGE CHEESE AND NOODLE
PUDDING
 
1/2 lb. broad egg noodles
2 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cook noodles in boiling water until just done. Combine beaten eggs with all other ingredients, mix well then blend with noodles. Pour mixture in a buttered baking dish, bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until pudding sets and separates from sides. Makes 4 servings.
