COTTAGE CHEESE NOODLES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
5 slices bacon, diced
24 oz. creamed cottage cheese

Boil noodles in salted water; drain. Meanwhile dice bacon, fry slowly until crisp in large skillet, add noodles to bacon and drippings; mix together over low setting. Add cottage cheese and mix until all noodles are coated. Cover and let warm through about 5 minutes. Serves 4.

I have been making this recipe long before it was posted on any recipe web site and it's absolutely delish! I call it the poor man's dinner and the Lenten dinner (without the bacon) and always a hit in my house. As for 5 slices of bacon, feel free to add as much as you like.
