COTTAGE CHEESE NOODLES | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles 5 slices bacon, diced 24 oz. creamed cottage cheese Boil noodles in salted water; drain. Meanwhile dice bacon, fry slowly until crisp in large skillet, add noodles to bacon and drippings; mix together over low setting. Add cottage cheese and mix until all noodles are coated. Cover and let warm through about 5 minutes. Serves 4. |
