COTTAGE CHEESE 'N' NOODLES 
2 c. small curd cream style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton French onion dip
1 egg
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. onion salt
Pepper to taste
8 oz. noodles, cooked, drained
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine cottage cheese, dip, egg, 3 tablespoons cheese, onion, onion salt and pepper. Add to cooked noodles. Fold mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle poppy seeds and 1 tablespoon cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
