SOUR CREAM-RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter

Mix these ingredients together and put 1/2 of the mixture in a jelly roll pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. raisins 2 c. sour cream

Mix these five ingredients and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Spread on baked crust and cover with remaining crust mixture. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. These bars freeze well.
