SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, melted

Crumble and press 3/4 mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Don't bake yet. Save the other 1/4 mixture for the top of the bars.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. raisins
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Cook raisins in covered pan with small amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Pour over crust and sprinkle crumbles on top. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
