RAISIN SOUR CREAM BARS 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix for bar crust. Save 1/2 cup for topping. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

4 egg yolks
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. sour cream

Mix and boil over low heat, stirring for 10 minutes. Pour over baked custard, top with crumbs.
