SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
2 2/3 c. oatmeal
2 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. and 5 tbsp. butter

Filling:

4 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch or Clear Jell
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Combine first 5 ingredients, then pat 2/3 of this mixture into baking pan. Then cook filling. I take 2 pans, 13 1/2 x 8 1/2, and the other 11 x 7. Take rest of crumbs and put on top of filling.

Bake 17 to 20 minutes.
