TOMATOES AU GRATIN 
About 3 ripe tomatoes
2/3 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Oregano
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Slice tomatoes 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, enough to make 2 layers in an 8 inch square baking dish. Drain on paper towels about 1 hour. Spray dish with Pam. Sprinkle 1/3 cup bread crumbs, then lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place one layer of tomatoes in dish and sprinkle lightly with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and 6 ounce grated cheddar cheese. Repeat once more. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
