TOMATOES AU GRATIN 
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
4 lg. ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter in skillet until tender. Combine cheese and crumbs in bowl; mix well. Alternate layer of tomatoes, sauteed onion and cheese mixture in greased 6 x 11 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
