ZITI SALAD WITH TOMATOES AND
PEPPERS
 
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ziti
1/4 c. milk
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
6 sweet pickles
2 small green peppers
1 lg. shallot
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 pkg. brown bouillon powder
Dash wine vinegar
1 tbsp. pickle juice
Chopped dill

Toss milk with cooked ziti. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, pickles and peppers. Beat sour cream and mayonnaise together. Add bouillon powder, minced shallot and salt and pepper. Pour over ziti. Add vinegar and pickle juice. Sprinkle with dill.
