2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add pineapple and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, then add to other ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F until slightly brown.
