PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. nuts

Butter bottom and sides of pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of the finely rolled vanilla wafer crumbs. Cream butter and sugar and add well beaten eggs. Mix and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with drained pineapple over mixture. Add nuts to whipped cream, pour over pineapple. Put rest of crumbs on top. Make the day before serving and put in refrigerator. Serves 8.
