INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKE 
1 can cherry pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Blend eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake holder. Put 2 tablespoons cream cheese batter on each wafer. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. As soon as you take out, add 1 tablespoon pie filling to top and chill.
