BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 big bunch broccoli (1 lb.)
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. commercial sour cream

Clean and steam broccoli; drain, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. Place liquid, broccoli, broth and onion in pan; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into blender. Add soup, butter and sour cream. Blend briefly. Serves 6.
