ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. mayonnaise
Paprika

Drain artichoke hearts and flake with fork until they are mashed but not pureed. Add 2 cups of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread in greased casserole, bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve warm with favorite crackers or pumpernickel stick snacks.
