LAYERED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 potato, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 can cream of chicken

Combine, beef, salt and onions and put in bottom of casserole. On top of meat place potatoes and carrots. Place uncooked rice on top of vegetables. Combine soups and water and pour over all. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
