BROILED FRENCH BREAD | |
1/3 c. oil (olive) 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 can olives 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese Mix well, spread mixture thick on French rolls, halves or French bread halves. Broil until cheese is melted. Good on English muffins too. It's like a mini pizza. Leftover mixture will keep several days in the refrigerator. |
