CHEESE-BROILED FRENCH BREAD 
1 (6 oz.) roll natural cheese food
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg white
1 loaf French bread
Paprika

Cut cheese food into small pieces and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and egg white; beat until fluffy.

Cut loaf of bread diagonally into slices 3/4 inch thick. Toast slices on one side under broiler.

Turn and spread untoasted sides with the cheese mixture; sprinkle lightly with paprika. Broil 3 inches from source of heat about 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Makes 1 loaf.
