SAUSAGE BREAD 
3-4 lbs. hot or med. Italian sausage, broiled on top of stove to remove grease
3-4 green peppers, chopped
2-4 lbs. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Mushrooms (optional)

WHITE BREAD RECIPE:

2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add all ingredients one at a time, blending after each one. Add flour and mix with spoon. Knead well and let rise to double its size. Cut into 3 sections for loaves of bread, roll out each one to about size of medium size pizza. Then add grated cheese, chopped peppers, and sausage and mushrooms, if desired.

Roll up like a loaf of bread and seal ends. Let rise for about 15-20 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. After baking, spread butter lightly over top of loaves to soften.
