APRICOT LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Combine cake mix, gelatin powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Beat at low speed on electric mixer until blended, then at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool on rack 20 minutes more. Drizzle with lemon glaze. 12 servings.

LEMON GLAZE:

Combine 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon extract.
