ORANGE TEA BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
