1 lb. ground beef, brown
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega mild whole green chilies
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 lg. can canned milk
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Place whole chilies in bottom of medium size baking dish. Place layer of Mozzarella cheese. Place layer of Cheddar cheese. Place layer of browned meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix eggs and milk with flour. Pour over top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
