SPICY BAKED FRUIT 
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 apples, unpeeled
1 can peach slices, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. whole pecans
3 bananas, sliced
1/3 c. minute tapioca
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. frozen orange juice, diluted
1/4 c. water

Simmer wedges of apple in drained pineapple juice and orange juice until tender. Add raisins, spices and tapioca. Cook until thick. Arrange fruit in 2-quart casserole and pour apple mixture over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with 1 cup sour cream mixed with apple brandy and 1 teaspoon cinnamon or whipped cream too.
