BAKED STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
1 med. onion
5 or 6 potatoes, more or less
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
2 sticks celery
6 carrots
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. tomato juice

Put all in casserole dish raw; cover tightly and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Delicious!
