2 lb. lean stewing beef, cut up
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Wesson
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts sauce with mushrooms
4 sm. carrots
4 sm. onions
4 sm. potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. water

Dredge beef in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss with Wesson in 3 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir once. Pare and quarter vegetables. Add with remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours or until tender.
