BAKED BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stewing beef, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. water
6 med. potatoes, cut in chunks
6 carrots, cut in chunks
Pearl onions, frozen
Peas, frozen

Combine first 5 ingredients. Bake 2-3 hours at 300 degrees until meat is tender. Add potatoes and carrots and continue baking until tender. Last 1/2 hour, add onions and peas, if desired. Serves 8.
