EASY BAKE BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1 sm. onion, sliced
4 carrots, chunked

SAUCE:

1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca (quick cooking)
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent
Pepper to taste

Pour sauce over meat and celery. Bake in a 325 degree oven until other vegetables are prepared, then bake all together at 325 degrees for 3 hours (timing from the beginning).
