BAKED BEEF STEW | |
3 lbs. stew meat 1 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots 1 1/2 c. sliced onion 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato soup (condensed) 1 soup can water 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 3 tbsp. red wine Combine all ingredients in baking pan. Cover and bake 4 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. |
