PEANUT BUTTER SOUP AND RICE 
2 lbs. stew meat
2 lbs. chicken
1 lb. fish
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. smooth peanut butter
4 c. rice

Cut meat, chicken and fish into cubes. Add seasonings, green pepper and onion. Boil 30-45 minutes. Add peanut butter and tomato paste. Boil another 15 minutes. Cook rice separately. Spoon meat mixture over rice on plate. Serves 6-8.
