BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) or 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits or morsels
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl combine flour, soda, salt and set aside. In large bowl combine butter, both sugars, peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture.

Mix well. Stir in chocolate bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Not too long. Makes around 100 cookies.
