THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE 
2 c. unbleached flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
2 c. Quaker Oats
1 bag Nestle chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter (softened)

Combine flour, oats and chips in a medium bowl. Mix butter, sugars, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and peanut butter in another large bowl. Slowly add ingredients from other bowl and mix until smooth. Bake at 375 degrees on cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes.
